Great attention to detail has been given to create this adorable
Raggedy Character doll.

Using my own "unique" arm/elbow design.... and a delicate peach fabric to give the appearance of wood for his face and hands.... I hope that I have captured the appearance and charm of Johnny Gruelle's own " Wooden Willie" on the book's cover.

Wooden Willie is currently available in 15" and 22"
His body has been sturdily constructed with a soft white muslin fabric.
He wears a one-piece outfit of red pants w/ short-sleeved white shirt .
It is trimmed with two large white buttons at the waist
and one small white button on each side of his pant leg.
His bright red matching shoes are removeable and
his bright yellow hat is fully lined and trimmed
with a red ribbon band ...adding the finishing touch to his adorable little outfit
is his deep purple neck-tie.
His hand-embroidered facial features are set off with his black button eyes and his sweet little red button nose! His wonderful smile and his sweet boyish charm will win your heart and bring a smile to your face.......and he will melt the hearts of all of those who enjoy your Raggedy Collection
He was lots of fun to create…..and he will make a Colorful and Cheerful addition to every Raggedy Collection.
